Born on September 12, 1984, in the city of Buea, Bejuka Mildred Alugu is a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property and Arbitration procedures. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in laws in 2006, a postgraduate diploma in business law in 2007, and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property in 2010 at the Yaoundé II University, Soa after having been called at the bar in the year 2009. In August 2010, she attended the Summer School in Intellectual Property Law at the United States Patent and Trade Mark Office (US PTO), Virginia (WIPO). Finally, in 2015, she attended the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and Arbitration.

Barrister Bejuka Mildred is now an accredited agent with the OAPI under the name Bejuka Elebe IP Sarl & Associates and an appointed arbitrator under the List of Arbitrators in Cameroon. With over 12 years of experience in the field as an intellectual property, litigation, Competition Law, Investment, Real Estate, and Energy Law lawyer and a managing partner of Bejuka, Bejuka & Partners law office, she has built a skill set that includes:

Born on the 26th of July 1987, in the city of Buea, South West Region, Cameroon. Bejuka Lionel Nama is a lawyer specializing in multiple fields within the practice of law amongst which are Business, civil, management, labor, and human rights law alongside arbitration and mediation processes. He obtained a bachelor of law degree at the University of Yaoundé II Soa in the year 2012. He later embarked on a learning journey in multiple institutions for studies such as:

Born on the 29th of April 1970, in Mankon, Bamenda, Ngonda Yusi is an Advocate in Training specializing in Business Law, International Law, Intellectual Property, Robotics, and Forensic Law. Ngonda Yusi began his academic journey at the University of Yaoundé before pursuing studies at the University of the Virgin Islands. He later returned to the University of Yaoundé II, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in International Law. He concluded his academic pursuits at the University of Bertoua, earning a Master’s degree in Business Law.

Born on July 19, 1980, in the city of Yaoundé, Ndja Josiane is an advocate in training specializing in Private Law. She obtained her first degree in Private Law at the University of Yaoundé II, Soa, and subsequently pursued a postgraduate diploma in Private Law at the same university. Born on January 23rd, in Douala, Djombi Vanessa is an advocate in training specializing in Business Law. She began her academic journey by earning a DSEP (Diplôme Supérieur d’Études Professionnelles) at ISSEM-IBCG, followed by a bachelor's degree in Business Law from the same institution. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from the ISGET Institute.

After completing her studies, she gained practical experience in various capacities, utilizing her theoretical knowledge through internships in the legal departments of prominent organizations such as SICC-Cameroun, the Autonomous Port of Douala, and Afronity International. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in 2019, followed by a Master’s in Conflict Resolution and Security and another in Conference Interpreting from the University of Buea.

Following her Master’s studies, she pursued a deeper understanding of the law through various avenues, including volunteering, internships, and consulting roles. She began by volunteering with organizations such as “Synergies Francophones Internationales” and participating in events like the moot court and symposiums organized by the University of Buea. She then completed internships at law firms and national organizations like the Cameroonian SENATE. She continued her education at the University of Yaoundé I, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Economic History and a Master’s in Accounting, Commercial Management, Decentralized Cash Management, and Payroll.

To further her professional development, Ngassama Kevine completed internships at Crédit Foncier and the Mairie of Yaoundé. Through these experiences, she honed a robust skill set that includes:
